Text exportation generated by PowerView are in standard CSV format (coma or semicolon separated values).
If the list separator defined in your Windows regional settings is set to semicolon, the file can be opened directly with Excel.
If the list separator defined in your Windows regional settings is a comma, use the following procedure to open the file in Excel:
1. In Excel, use menu File, Open
2. In the Open dialog, select 'Text Files' in the 'Files of type' list
3. Go to the directory where PowerView exported files are stored and open the file
4. In the 'Text Import wizard' dialog, Step 1, check 'Delimited', then click on 'Next'
5. In the 'Text Import wizard' dialog, Step 2, check 'Semicolon', then click on 'Next'
5. In the 'Text Import wizard' dialog, Step 3, click on 'Finish'
